The Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County (MCC) are promoting information about COVID-19 Vaccinations to youth at Devonshire Mall near the food court on August 17, 19 & 20th from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. They are informing patrons about the Walk-In Clinic at the COVID-19 vaccination centre at Devonshire mall and have a health unit nurse along with them to answer any medical questions.

“We’re just here really trying to promote vaccines and let people know about the free walk-in clinic at Devonshire that does not require an appointment. We felt this was the best place to get the message across to youngsters and people who are not vaccinated. Plus the clinic is right near us.” says Sahana, Summer Special Events Assistant at MCC.

The group of high school and university students in the MCC group are working with the City of Windsor, Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) & Windsor Regional Hospital to spread awareness about stopping COVID-19.
